Outfit(s) of the Day: 'Comfort Clothes'

I'm writing this currently while very sleep deprived so sorry in advance if I start not making sense. The looks thrown together are what we typically wear hungover or tired and if we can be bothered to look half decent and get out of our pyjamas (or sometimes, tragically, last nights clothes). These are my cousin Sophia and I's fashion hangover/just exhausted cure. Better than a cheeseburger with fries.

Boots: Timberland (inherited from the nan)

 Oversized Parka: ASOS
Denim Shorts: Stolen Girlfriends Club

Sunglasses to hide yo face: ANTIapparel
Shorts: Her Message Vintage store, Fremantle

Loose lace top: from Good Sammy's

Beanie to hide the birds nest going on on top of your head: also from ANTIapparel

'Ahhh the sun, it burns!'
Jelly shoes: Fremantle Markets

 Lipstick: MAC Rebel
 Jumper: Princess Highway

Bright lipstick to distract from the dark circles: Chanel Rouge Allure 102

I'm going to take a power nap.

Review: E.L.F Cosmetics

Eyes Lips Face (E.L.F) is an incredibly affordable cosmetic brand. In Australia even 'drug store' makeup is pricey. I don't know why but the same mascara will cost three times more in Australia than in the US. ELF however, is super cheap and has some decent stuff. Here we review what we have tried so far.

E.L.F Essential Cover Everything Concealer (in corrective yellow): This is very creamy and easy to blend. The yellow tone gets rid of redness of the face and one of my biggest issues, dark circles. And its only $3.50 -Claudia

E.L.F Studio Angled Contour Brush: This is one of the softest brushes I own. I use it for applying and blending eyeshadow. It makes me want to buy more brushes from the Studio range, which are also highly affordable. This brush costs $5.99 -Claudia

E.L.F. Studio Complexion Brush: This was the first brush I've ever purchased and for someone who is a beginner it is a great starting tool. Even though it takes a couple of sweeps to get enough product it still does the job! Very soft and little shedding, I recommend this to any beginner. This brush costs $5.99 - Elsie

E.L.F. Essential Jumbo Lip Gloss Stick: This style of lipstick/gloss is popular at the moment so I thought I'd give it a go. It comes on smooth and is pigmented. It is not a matte product but isn't overly glossy like a lip gloss. Nice casing and decent size, I'd recommend this product as a casual colour me up during the day. This product is $3.50. - Elsie

E.L.F Essential Lip Stain: This product was terrible; they might as well have given me an empty product. It was very difficult to get a decent pigment. It took at least 5 minutes to cover the lips and even then it looked uneven and cheap. I would not recommend this product.
This stain costs $3.50 - Elsie

E.L.F Essential Flawless Eyeshadow (in party purple): My least favorite product I have bought so far. It is not very pigmented and barely shows up on my eyelids. I am also disappointed with the color, thinking it was going to be richer looking. I don't recommend it. Next time I am looking for an E.L.F eyeshadow I will look at the individual pots in the Studio range. - Claudia

E.L.F Essential All Over Cover Stick (in apricot beige): What I use mainly for hiding pimples, it's consistency is thick and the product is small and handy to carry around in your handbag or clutch - Claudia

E.L.F Essential Concealer brush: it's nice and small and a bargain at only $2! - Claudia

E.L.F Studio Cool Bronzer: A matte bronzer with four shades that I blend all together and use for contouring my face. Very easy to blend. - Claudia

What do you think of E.L.F Cosmetics?

Latex & Cream

Shot at a popular place for wedding photos to be taken... unfortunately both of us are very very far from tying the knot with Prince Charming. We put together our looks thinking about contrast of the romanticism of a wedding with the sexuality of the honeymoon, with the use of different fabrics.

 Skirt: Dotti
Boots: Wittner

A delicate piece I acquired while shopping at a flea market in York.

 Latex top: Blue Skye Clothing

Skirt: Ladakh
Cardigan: Pure Hype

Etsy Find: NeatEats Jewellery

As soon as I stumbled upon this shop I was so excited. Food, jewellery and quirky things are my favourite things. NeatEats is an Etsy shop that specialises in food related jewellery. And there is so much different types of food made into rings, necklaces or earrings that you are bound to find your favourite thing to eat replicated into a miniature clay piece. And if not, the shop owner and creator Rhonda will take requests.

I bought three rings and plan to buy more. This was my Mother's Day present to my mum who is a comfort food fanatic (and English)

The ring with scones and tea is the one I bought for myself. I run High tea at work every Sunday and am always eating the leftover scones in the kitchen. And I can never get enough of tea!

I bought another ring thats a bit more different than these two but unfortunately I gave it away before taking a photo. It was a ramen bowl on a wooden board for my Chinese-Indo friend who is always buying me small things and I am forever boring her (although she never complains) with my boy troubles.

The prices are all around $20 Australian which is very cheap for what they are. It's definitely probably my favourite purchase from Etsy so far and I definitely recommend any foodie or jewellery lover to check it out.

Outfit of the Day: Subiaco Bluebird

Playsuit: 18 and East
Turquoise Beads: Ebay
Cardigan: Now from Kmart

Well I lied... I didn't actually wear this outfit today, it was a few weeks ago. We went to Subi to hit up the Markets (the Gozleme and berry yoghurt we got was amazing), do a bit of shopping, mainly at the Good Sammy's Subiaco store, and discuss our blog in the making. Elsie took a couple of snaps and here is one.
